With over 18 years of experience in the hair industry, Our founder Siarn Ward is an award-winning stylist renowned for creativity, innovation, and exceptional craftsmanship. As the winner of the Digital Hair Awards 2025 – Best New Colour Trend, she is recognised for setting new standards in modern colour artistry.
Beyond the salon, she is a respected educator, leading professional masterclasses and mentoring the next generation of stylists. Passionate about both her craft and her team, she has created a welcoming, inspiring salon where education, excellence, and client care is at the heart of everything we do.
Dollhouse was opened in 2025 on the culture of creating a welcoming space for stylists to share their love for hair, feel seen, heard, appreciated along with having consistent guidance to be the best stylist through ongoing education.
Siarn prides herself in creating a space people look forward to coming to, not only for incredible hair, but as a client to never feel you’re just another number.

Hayley helps keep the salon organised, makes sure the team is looked after, and supports the day-to-day running of the business. She works closely with Siarn to make sure everything is taken care of and running seamlessly.
She loves a good chat, is always there to lend a hand, and makes sure everyone feels supported and looked after.

Darcey is our Emerging Stylist, bringing plenty of warmth, personality and creativity to the salon.
She’s passionate about all things hair and enjoys being creative, learning new skills and getting to know everyone who sits in her chair.
